Seated by Tini is a web app for planning event seating. You draw your venue to scale, add your guest list, and arrange who sits where — by hand or with AI help — then print name labels, place cards, and QR codes that guests scan to find their seat.

Yes. The Free plan lets you build one event with up to 50 guests and includes 3 AI generations each month — no credit card required. Upgrade only when you need more.

Celebration is a one-time $49 payment (not a subscription) designed for a single big event. It covers one event with up to 250 guests and 15 AI generations a month, and unlocks sharing, QR place cards, and premium themes for 12 months — enough time to plan the event, print everything, and keep your QR seat pages live on the day. After 12 months the account gracefully returns to Free; your events are never deleted.

Celebration is one event, one time, for $49. Pro is $19 a month or $149 a year for people who host or plan repeatedly — unlimited events, unlimited guests, 200 AI generations a month, multiple editors, and priority support. If you're planning one wedding, Celebration is usually the better value; if you run events all year, go Pro.

There are three plans. Free is $0 for one event with up to 50 guests. Celebration is a one-time $49 payment covering one event with up to 250 guests for 12 months. Pro is $19 per month or $149 per year for unlimited events and unlimited guests. Enterprise pricing for event-planning firms is available on request.

No. Scanning a place card's QR code opens a public page with that guest's table, a map of the room, and who they're seated with — no app to download and no sign-in. It's designed to work instantly on any phone.

No. The public seat page only ever shows guest names and table assignments. Dietary notes, RSVP status, gift records, and everything else you track stay private to you and anyone you explicitly invite.

Yes. On the Celebration pass and Pro you can share your plan with viewers who can look but not change anything. On Pro you can also add editors who make changes alongside you. You add someone by email address and send them their private link; they open it with a free account. Everyone sees the same live plan — no more emailing screenshots back and forth.

You can print a final seating chart, a tiled floor plan, color-coded name labels, guest-facing place cards, a caterer's dietary sheet, an unseated/unconfirmed chase list, and a thank-you checklist. Labels and place cards use standard Avery sheet layouts, and there's a calibration sheet to check your printer's alignment first. Everything prints from your browser or saves as a PDF.

You describe your preferences in plain English — keep families together, respect the head table, seat certain people apart — and the AI drafts complete arrangements you can compare and tweak. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generations, which also covers floor-plan parsing and theme design: 3 a month on Free, 15 on Celebration, and 200 on Pro. Your current usage is always visible in Settings.

Yes. Upload the venue's floor plan as a PDF, PNG, or JPG up to 15 MB — a phone photo of a printout works — and AI rebuilds it as an editable layout with tables and fixtures, keeping the original as a faded reference layer. If you have no plan at all, you can instead describe the room in a sentence and have AI draft the layout.

Any seated event. It's used for weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, birthday and anniversary parties, corporate galas, awards ceremonies, fundraising and charity dinners, conferences, company holiday parties, family and class reunions, church events, sports banquets, and memorials.

Any time. From Settings you can export all of your events to a single JSON file as an offline backup you fully control, and import it back later.

Seated by Tini payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. That applies to both the one-time Celebration pass and Pro subscriptions. Cancelling Pro stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. If something isn't working, email hello@seatedbytini.com and we'll help sort it out. The Free plan lets you try the core tools — floor plan, guest list, manual seating, and AI seating — before paying.
