A Prismm alternative for seating charts
Cvent is retiring Prismm (formerly AllSeated) and moving customers to Cvent Event Diagramming. If you used Prismm to seat guests at a wedding, party or gala, Seated by Tini is a simpler place to land: bring your guest list and floor plan, seat everyone by hand or with AI, and print place cards with QR codes.
What’s happening to Prismm
- Cvent acquired Prismm in April 2025 and is moving its customers to Cvent Event Diagramming (formerly Social Tables).
- According to Cvent, new events are now created in Cvent Event Diagramming, and Prismm access ends in June 2027. Some accounts have been given earlier cutoffs, so check the notice in your own Prismm dashboard.
- Templates, favorites and object groups don’t migrate, so export anything you want to keep while you still can.

Is Seated by Tini the right fit?

Export what you have from Prismm
While your Prismm account is still open, export your guest list to a spreadsheet if your account offers it, and save your floor plans as PDFs or images. Cvent's migration notes say templates, favorites and object groups don't carry over, so save anything you want to keep.

In Seated by Tini, import the spreadsheet (.xlsx, .xls or .csv). Columns are matched automatically and you can adjust the mapping before anything is added.

Upload the floor plan PDF, PNG or JPG (up to 15 MB) and AI rebuilds it as an editable, to-scale layout with tables and fixtures, keeping the original as a faded reference layer to check against.

Is Prismm shutting down?

Can I bring my Prismm floor plan into Seated by Tini?
Not as a direct file transfer. Save the floor plan from Prismm as a PDF or image, then upload it to Seated by Tini, where AI rebuilds it as an editable to-scale layout with the original kept as a faded reference layer. You can adjust any table afterwards.
Can I import my guest list from Prismm?
Yes, if you can get it into a spreadsheet. Seated by Tini imports .xlsx, .xls and .csv files, matches columns like first name, last name, RSVP and tags automatically, and lets you fix the mapping before importing.
Is Seated by Tini a good replacement for venues?
For seating charts, yes. For everything else Prismm did for venues, probably not: Seated by Tini has no 3D walkthroughs, venue sales tools or catering orders. Venues that relied on those are likely better served by Cvent Event Diagramming.
How much does Seated by Tini cost?
Free for one event with up to 50 guests. The Celebration pass is a one-time $49 for one event with up to 250 guests and 12 months of access. Pro is $19 a month or $149 a year for unlimited events and guests.
