Seated by Tini user guide

Seated by Tini is a web app for planning event seating. This guide covers every part of it in the order you’ll use it: draw the room, add your guests, seat them by hand or with AI, keep a few versions to compare, and print. Everything saves automatically to your account, so your events follow you across devices.

How it fits together

An event is made of three independent pieces. You build the room and the guest list once, then create as many seating plans as you want without disturbing either.

Gueststags · RSVP · constraints
Arrangementsthe seating versions
One event holds a room, a guest list, and one or more arrangements (versions).
  • Room — the floor plan: tables (with seats), fixtures like the stage and bar, and zones.
  • Guests — your people, each with a name, tags, an RSVP status, optional notes, and seating constraints.
  • Arrangements — the actual seat-by-seat plans. An event can hold several so you can compare options.
  1. 1On the dashboard, click New event (or duplicate an existing one to reuse its room and guests).
  2. 2Switch between the Room and Guests tabs in the header to build the space and manage people.
  3. 3Seat guests on the Room tab, then use the Print menu for guest-facing output.
