Seatedby Tini

Tini but mighty. Every seat sorted.

Printing seating charts, labels and exports

Everything Seated by Tini can print: the final seating chart, a tiled large-format floor plan, colour-coded Avery name labels, a caterer's dietary sheet, an unseated and unconfirmed chase list, and a thank-you checklist — from the browser or as a PDF.

Printing & exports

The Print menu in the header opens seven print-ready views. Each uses the currently active arrangement, so switch to the version you want first. Use your browser’s print dialog to print or “Save as PDF.”

Final seating chart

A clean, guest-facing page: the floor plan with names in seats, your event title, guest/table counts, and a tag color legend at the bottom.

Floor plan (puzzle grid)

The room drawn to scale and tiled across several pages you assemble into one large plan. Choose how many pages across (1–6); each page includes a small overlap for alignment, and a cover sheet shows the whole layout with the page grid.

Name labels (sticker sheet)

Your planner’s tool for seating people the analog way: name labels on standard Avery sheets, color-coded by each guest’s tag so groups read at a glance while you shuffle. Round stickers (1", 1.5", 2", or 2.5") and rectangular formats, or build a fully custom sheet — pick round or rectangular, set the dimensions, columns, rows, and margins. Sort labels alphabetically, by tag, or by table assignment, filter by RSVP, and optionally print a calibration sheet first to check your printer’s alignment before using real label stock.

Place cards (guest-facing)

Elegant cards for the day of the event — each guest’s name with their table assignment, styled with a theme instead of the planner’s tag colors, with an optional QR code guests can scan to find their table. Full walkthrough in Place cards & QR codes.

Caterer · dietary preferences

A one-page handoff for the caterer. Header tallies approximate counts across the guest list (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergy, kosher, halal, etc. — based on substring matches against the free-text notes), then lists every guest with a dietary note grouped by table with their exact wording. Guests without notes are omitted; unseated guests with notes go in a separate “Not yet seated” bucket.

Unseated & unconfirmed

Two side-by-side lists for the final-weeks chase: who isn’t yet seated in the active arrangement, and whose RSVP isn’t a definite yes or no (Pending, TBD, Tier B, Unknown). Declined guests are excluded from both. Sorted alphabetically.

Thank-you tracking

A printable checklist for thank-you notes — every guest who’s given a gift, with each of their gifts listed underneath and a checkbox you can cross off as the note goes in the mail. Header tallies X of Y sent. Drawn from whatever you’ve logged in the Gifts tab.
