Seated by Tini accounts, plans and limits: Free covers 1 event, 50 guests and 3 AI generations a month; the one-time $49 Celebration pass covers 1 event, 250 guests and 15 AI generations a month for 12 months; Pro is $19/month or $149/year for unlimited events, guests and 200 AI generations a month.

Your account & data
Seated by Tini is an online app with accounts — your events live securely in the cloud, not in one browser.
- Sign in with an email + password or with Google. Your dashboard, guests, rooms, and arrangements are tied to your account.
- Everything saves automatically as you work — there is no Save button. Sign in from a laptop, tablet, or phone and pick up exactly where you left off.
- Your events are private. Only you can see them, unless you explicitly invite someone — see Sharing & collaboration.
- Want an offline copy? Export all events to JSON from the Settings page any time.
Plans & AI usage
Three plans, managed from the Billing page. Free is for trying the app, Celebration is a one-time pass for planning a single big event, and Pro is a subscription for repeat hosts and planners.

- Celebration is a single payment (not a subscription) that unlocks the features above for 12 months — enough runway to plan the event, print everything, and keep the QR seat pages live on the day. The Billing page shows your “access until” date.
- Pro is a monthly or annual subscription — manage or cancel it any time from the Billing page.
- AI generations cover every AI feature — seating suggestions, floor-plan parsing, room descriptions, and place-card theme design. The counter resets monthly; see your current usage on the Settings page.
- Guest limits are per event — Free holds up to 50 guests and Celebration up to 250. When you reach the limit, adding or importing more guests prompts an upgrade. An event you built on a higher plan stays fully editable if you later move to a smaller one — you just can’t add beyond the new limit.
- When a feature isn’t on your plan, it appears with an upgrade note rather than disappearing — so you always know what’s available.
Settings & data
The Settings page is home to your usage meter and your data tools.
- AI usage — a live card showing how many AI generations you’ve used this month, your plan’s allowance, and when it resets.
- Export events (JSON) — downloads every event you own as a single file: an offline backup you fully control.
- Import events (JSON) — restores a previously exported file into your account.
- Plan changes, upgrades, and receipts live on the Billing page.
